Booking and money
What does a session cost?
Every session has a set price. Tell us the date, roughly where, how many people and what it is for, and you get the exact number in writing before anything is binding.

Are there costs that show up later?
No. Every fee is discussed before payment. Travel, insurance and any venue or permit costs are agreed in writing before the binding contract, so nothing on your invoice is ever a surprise.
How do I actually book?
Send us the date. We confirm whether it is open, tell you honestly what we would shoot, and send a written price. Once that is agreed the date is held and comes off the calendar for everyone else.

How far ahead should I book?
Some dates fill first every year. We take a limited number of weddings each season, convocation weekends are the busiest days of our year, and holiday and milestone dates cluster together.
Newborn sessions are their own case: the first 5 to 14 days photograph best, so message before the birth and we hold a flexible window around the due date.
The day itself
Where do you shoot?
We are based in Guelph and shoot across Southern Ontario. Further afield is possible, and any travel cost is quoted in writing before you agree to anything.
What if the weather turns?
Overcast is not a problem. A full grey sky is a softbox the size of the sky: even light, no squinting, no harsh shadows, colours that go deep. We rarely reschedule for cloud.
Rain is different, and the indoor plan is decided the day you book rather than the morning of.
What should we wear?
Every session page carries a wardrobe section written for that specific shoot, because what works for a newborn session is not what works for an editorial one. Find your session under sessions.
Do you photograph film as well as stills?
Sunday Media is photography and film. If you want motion alongside the stills, say so in your first message and it will be quoted with everything else.
After the shoot
When do I see the photos?
Sneak peeks land within 48 hours of the session. The full gallery follows after editing, and you are told the date to expect it when we shoot.
How do I get to my gallery?
A private access code arrives with the delivery message. It is the key to your gallery, so treat it like a house key rather than a hashtag.
To let family see the photos, share the gallery itself rather than forwarding the code.
Can I get prints or an album?
Yes. Ask when you book, or when the gallery arrives. Our honest advice is to order within the first month, while you still care enormously about it — galleries that are never printed quietly become a folder nobody opens.
Who else sees my photos?
Nothing is published, shared or used as an example without your written permission, and plenty of clients never grant it. That is completely normal and it changes nothing about the session.
