Booking starts with a message, not a form full of packages. Send us what you are planning and we will come back with availability and a written price for the session you actually need.
Every fee is discussed before payment. Travel, insurance and any venue or permit costs are agreed in writing before the binding contract, so nothing on your invoice is ever a surprise.

You send the details
The date, roughly where, how many people, and what the session is for. A rough idea is enough to start.
We check the date
We confirm whether the date is open and tell you honestly what we would shoot for what you are planning.
You get a written price
The session price, plus any travel, insurance, venue or permit costs. Written down, in full, before anything is binding.
The date is held
Once the written agreement is in place the date is yours and comes off the calendar for everyone else.
You shoot, then you see it
Sneak peeks land within 48 hours. The full gallery follows with a private access code that is yours alone.

Plenty of people write before they have a venue, a date, or a clear idea of which session fits. That is a normal first message and it gets a proper answer.

These are the ones that fill first every year. If yours is on this list, the time to write is now rather than the month of.
Weddings
We take a limited number each season so every couple gets full attention. Saturdays in peak months go first.
Graduation
Convocation weekends are the busiest days of our year. Book when your ceremony date is confirmed.
Newborn
Best in the first 5 to 14 days. Message before the birth and we hold a flexible window around your due date.
Holiday events
Milestone birthdays and corporate parties cluster on the same few dates. January and February have real room.
